The Rigging Handle has a series of 3/8" UNC and M10 1,5mm tapped holes to facilitate standard camera equipment that use the Imperial standard or easily obtainable off the shelf fixtures that use the Metric standard.

Top Monitor Mount

T O P M O N I T O R M O U N T

A monitor mount is included on the front end of the Rigging Handle which allows you to offset the monitor assembly in a more forward and central position thus allowing you to remove the side handles. This configuration results in a narrower, smaller rigging profile whilst still maintaining a suitable position to mount the monitor and transmitter assembly.

Puppeteer

PUPPETEER INTEGRATION

The rigging handle has several M6 tapped holes to accommodate the fixing of the Flowcine Puppeteer.

This rigging platform allows for the lowest profile mounting option for the Puppateer on big camera builds where the center of gravity of the rig is very low. You are however still able to make use of the Flowcine risers that come with the Puppateer to fine tune the rig based on lighter builds when the center of gravity of the gimbal is higher and you need to raise the position of the puppateer.

Roll Over Rig

The Rigging Handle system is compatible whilst making use of the Roll Over Rig (a feature that uses the latest Freefly MoVI Blackjack firmware upgrade, allowing the pan access to become the roll access when the gimbal is mounted horizontally), allowing you to configure a very neat, compact and fully adjustable riggable setup.

The use of the Flowcine Puppateer with the Roll Over Rig may require the use of the Flowcine risers sections in order to clear the bracket as we have prioritised the Rigging Handles low profile general use over the Puppateer integration.

Extension Handles

The Rigging Handle incorporates the keying system that allows the secure mounting of the Griphaus Extension Handles. This would allow for a vertically orientated handle bar to be mounted which may be better suited for single handed operation in a seated position such as on the back of a bike or horse or possibly to facilitate a complex multi-level handover of the gimbal.
