We value that above all else and will always strive to provide the absolute best service we can and will always go that extra mile to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

S E R V I C I N G​

Our products are designed to serve you for many years and that life will only be extended through regular maintenance. We have designed all our products to be field maintainable with minimal specialist equipment. If you do not have the time to perform any maintenance yourself, we are able to offer and arrange full servicing of our products.

R E P A I R S

Our Products are designed fit for purpose, but should your equipment be involved in an unfortunate incident and require some replacement components, we can either express deliver the required parts for you to perform the repairs yourself or should you prefer, we can perform the repairs and conduct any testing to verify full working operation.

2 YEAR W A R R A N T Y

As the original owner, should you ever have any issue with any of the equipment through its warranty period, we will be happy to repair or replace any components that have ceased to work as originally intended. This warranty is subject to items being regularly maintained and not being abused. Please see our Warranty page for full terms and conditions.

V A L U A T I O N   &   S A L E S

Support from the beginning to the end. Should you ever be looking to sell or upgrade any equipment that you have purchased from us. We can provide a valuation of the equipment and assist in reaching out to our subscribers and existing customer base regarding onward sale.
