Should you be interested in purchasing any of our products or services, please drop us an email and let us know what you need and we can provide you with a quotation. P A Y M E N T S​
Once a quotation is accepted, we will provide you with an electronic invoice which will have the necessary links to complete an electronic payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit cards or wire transfers. For international orders, we may require wire or electronic transfer of funds.
D E P O S I T S​
Pre-order high value items that are not in stock will require a 50% deposit to secure a unit in the next available manufacturing run. You will be notified once the item is in production and again when the product is ready to ship. Final payment is to be made prior to the items being shipped.
L E A D T I M E S​
Pre-order high value items that require manufacturing and assembly will require a 9 to 10 week lead time. You will be kept up to date with the progress and notified when items are ready to ship.
S H I P P I N G
We offer shipping worldwide using the services of DHL. You will be sent a shipping conformation email and have access to a tracking number to monitor the progress of your new purchase.
Any items requiring to be returned for any reason must be shipped back at the product owners' expense.
If you are purchasing multiple items, we will typically wait until all items are ready to ship together, however, if some items are in stock or become available sooner, we can arrange separate shipping at your request.
I M P O R T D U T I E S
All items purchased are subject to local customs and excise regulations. Any and all import and handling duties are not included in the price. These associated fees will be emailed to you by the DHL online shipping system prior to the parcel arriving at its destination.
